For 1000 zł, you can buy about 256 USD today. That matters for people exchanging money before a trip, settling accounts in dollars, or simply trying to decide whether to wait before buying foreign currency. The USD/PLN exchange rate stood at 3,9056 zł at 7:00.
That is more than a day earlier, when the dollar cost 3,8981 zł. The difference is 0,0075 zł, or less than one grosz on a single dollar. At that scale, the move becomes more visible only with a larger exchange amount.
When exchanging 5000 zł, the difference between these levels is around 9,60 zł in terms of the number of dollars you can buy. For someone converting savings or paying an invoice in USD, it is still a small adjustment, but one that is already noticeable on a larger amount.
