Bank Pekao pays 1000 zł for the Świat Premium account until the end of May

Bank Pekao lures customers with a bonus of up to 1000 zł for the new Konto Świat Premium

Bank Pekao’s promotion runs until 31 May 2026, and a new customer can get as much as 1000 zł in cash. The condition sounds simple at first, but besides opening a Konto Świat Premium, you also have to complete a few steps and make sure money is paid into the account.

The first part of the bonus, worth 100 zł, is available for opening the account, giving marketing consents, logging into online banking and making one card payment. The next rewards are larger, but they require regular use of the account for three consecutive months.

In practice, the bank expects monthly inflows of at least 10 000 zł and a minimum of five cashless card transactions. For each of the three months, you can receive 300 zł, and the money is paid directly into the account, not in the form of points or vouchers.

The offer is aimed at new customers. People who have already been holders or co-holders of a personal account at this bank since 1 March 2024 are not eligible. Also excluded are people who have a credit product at Bank Pekao, including a credit card, on the day they submit the application.

The account itself can be opened entirely online, including using the AIS service, biometrics or via selfie. The bonus for the first stage is to be credited to the account by the 20th day of the second month after the conditions are met, while the remaining rewards are to be paid by the 15th day of the same type of deadline.

The bank is also running a separate campaign with the Karta Kredytowa z Żubrem. In combination with the account, it can bring additional benefits, namely 500 zł in bonus money and miles in the Miles & More program. This promotion runs until 31 July 2026.

For people interested in the account itself, fees are also important. The standard monthly fee for maintaining the account is 50 zł, but for the first three periods the bank does not charge it without any additional conditions. Later, the fee can be avoided by meeting requirements for assets or balances in investment products.

It is also worth remembering the marketing consents, because they must remain active until the end of the period in which the bonus conditions are met. If someone uses PESEL number protection, they should switch it off while opening the account and turn it back on after the process is complete.
